Request a paper booklet for the AGM and elections

From early September each year everything you need to know about your Annual General Meeting (AGM) and elections will be available online, including access to the digital booklet and online voting. Accessing this information digitally helps us save significant charitable funds, and makes your AGM more sustainable by reducing paper waste.

Alternatively, to request a paper booklet along with voting papers for two members, please enter your membership number below. If you’ve previously contacted us to request this, you don’t need to make this request again, we’ve saved your preferences, and you will receive the papers from early September.

We need this to find your membership. Your membership number will be a number only. It will not contain any letters or special characters.

Your AGM booklet will be sent to your registered address from early September.
